Oliver goes to a board meeting with LutherCorp to discuss a merger between their companies, when an explosion goes off killing all board members and injuring Oliver.  Oliver believes that Lex is responsible for the blast, but Clark and Lana learn the bomber is actually Winslow Schott (guest star Chris Gauthier), a toymaker and former Queen Industries employee with a grudge against Oliver.
