Leo goes to a cat shelter to find a black cat to replace Pluto. Verna runs the shelter. Leo finds one cat that resembles Pluto.

When they get home, the cat scratches Leo and runs somewhere in the house.

Leo learns that Camille is dead.

Roderick talks about denial. Leo is in denial that Camille is dead.

Madeline and Roderick call all the remaining children for a meeting.

Leo is tasked with giving the press statement.

Roderick and Madeline try to find out who the security guard is.

Leo's boyfriend tries to console him. Julius asks after Pluto.

In court, the prosecution grows tired when the defense is a no-show. Pym comes late and reveals that Camille is dead. The hearing is postponed.

Roderick asks Victorine if she's the informant.

Pym gives Frederick the phone Morella had in the rave and asks him to try and unlock it.

Madeline and Roderick receive the image of Verna as the security guard.

Verna signs consent forms for Victorine's surgery. She is excited about the surgery and wants Dr Ruiz to perform the surgery.

Leo struggles to sleep, so Julius goes down on him. Leo is shocked to find a dead rat under his pillow, which makes him jumpy, and he hurts Julius.

In the past, Young Dupin visits Young Roderick in his Medicare fraud investigation.

Dupin tells Roderick of what he discovered about some drugs patients had been prescribed who were dead. Roderick's signature has been forged.

When Roderick asks Rufus about it, he shuts Roderick down and tells him to play ball if he wants to move up in the company.

Madeline advises him to make a smart decision.

Julius expresses his concerns about Leo's drug use.

The cast scratches Leo's eye, so he calls Verna to help catch it.

The cat taunts him by hiding inside the walls.

Roderick continues seeing horrendous things. Juno calls Madeline when Roderick spirals.

Julius returns home to find Leo has wrecked the walls and trashed the place.

Leo looks at the balcony and sees the cat staring at him, so he goes after it. He goes over the railing, hits the ground, and dies.

The cat walks over his dead body.
