Alex Hook has been acting since age 7. She was Frankie in the Nickelodeon series I Am Frankie.

Hook won a Joey Award in 2015 for Best Actress in a Commercial, a Canadian national award for teen actors.

She has had roles in the TV movies A Nutcracker Christmas and Galentine's Day Nightmare.

Alex Hook can currently be seen as Teen Kat in The Hallmark Channel series The Way Home.
