She has starred in several movies, including Rumor Has It (2005), The Break Up (2006), Marley & Me (2008), He's Just Not That Into You (2009), Horrible Bosses (2011), Cake (2014), and Mother's Day (2016).

Her father was actor John Aniston, who played Victor Kiriakis on Days of Our Lives from 1985 until his death in 2022.

She can currently be seen as Alex Levy on the AppleTV+ series The Morning Show.
