Quentin may finally be able to bring Alice back on The Magicians Season 2 Episode 12 "Ramifications."
But before he can reunite Alice with her shade, he finds himself in desperate need of magical energy.
So he turns to everyone's least favorite Brakebills South professor for help.
In the video clip below, Mayakovsky makes it clear to Quentin and Julia that he has little interest in saving the day. He insists it can't be done.
Julia doubts him and suggests turning to Dean Fogg for help. Naturally, the professor scoffs at the idea. Yet he remains unconvinced that he should participate.
It's up to Quentin to make the case.
