Ratings Report: Not Good to Be Kings
Matt Richenthal at .Desperate Housewives (14.7 million viewers, according to preliminary Nielsen estimates) ruled the ratings last night.
That's what happens when you kill off a main cast member.
Among other primetime pickings:
- The Amazing Race (11.6 million), Family Guy (7.4 million) and The Simpsons (6.2 million) all enjoyed increases over their weekly averages.
- Brothers and Sisters (10.4 million) remained even.
- Kings did not. It averaged only 4.6 million, down 1.5 million from its scarcely-watched premiere.
