Dancing With the Stars waltzed away with the ratings title last night, averaging 20.7 million viewers over its hour-long broadcast.

Among other primetime pickings:

• A returning Gossip Girl (2.4 million) was strong among women 18-34.

• One Tree Hill (2.4 million) and Heroes (6.4 million) held steady.

• 24 (10.3 million), Chuck (6 million) and Medium (7.4 million) were down slightly from last week.

• But Castle (8.4 million) was up by about one million viewers.
