Major Sons of Anarchy spoiler alert:

Someone is about to die a gruesome death.

According to E! News, the death will be bloody, it will be violent and it will not involve Chibs. Instead, another individual close to the motorcycle gang will go down for the eternal count.

The awful deed will take place in episode nine, an installment titled "Potlatch," and the victim will be a character that's been around since last season. That's all we can reveal for now, but send in your best guesses!

As for other Sons of Anarchy spoilers...

• In episode eight of this season, a majority of the Original Redwood Charter ends up in San Joaquin County's correctional facility after making a major tactical error in their fight against Ethan Zobelle's League of American Nationalists. Jax and Clay get into it as a result.
• Gemma and Tara will form an unexpected alliance.
