Lost Preview: "The Last Recruit"

at .

On Tuesday night, Lost airs a new episode titled "The Last Recruit."

To whom does this title refer? We don't know. Which character is the focus of this installment's flash sideways? We don't know.

As usual, ABC has revealed very little about the episode, which makes us happy... but may make those that feel a need for Lost spoilers angry and frustrated. If you're in the latter camp, we can at least post a few photos from the hour.

Looks like a showdown between Widmore's people and our favorite castaways is brewing:

Regarding the official promo for the episode, there's intrigue there, too: it's set to "The Rowing Song," a single from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Lyrics from that tune include:

There's no earthly way of knowing
Which direction we are going
There's no knowing where we're rowing
Or which way the river's flowing...

How does this apply to Lost? Discuss, analyze and check out the preview below.
