After just one reason on this hit CBS drama, Eddie Cibrian will be exiting some time this fall. A source told Entertainment Weekly that the network has declined the option on Cibrian's contract.

As the character Jesse Cardoza, the actor was brought last year in to fill the void left by Adam Rodriguez's departure. But with that star coming back, CSI: Miami wants to focus on its core team again.

So, how will Cardoza be written out? Exact plot details have not been revealed, but let's just say there won't be any chance of his future return.
