I first fell madly in love with Ben Bass when I first laid eyes on his character portrayal of Javier Vachon. The Forever Knight vampire puts every other vampire to shame. Yes , Twilight Boy, sit down. Ben is awesome and he did an excellent performance in a Lifetime Movie called Last Exit. The best of the best !!! Thrilled that the show got a renewal, way to go ABC and thank you.

I certainly hope so. but missy said ben was shy! i think they have an attraction for each other; maybe thats why they have good chemistry. but maybe missy has more chemistry with ben because eric johnson is married, so even for someone that is a great actor, you cant force the issue. interviewer, shoulda askd him if he was single

I really enjoyed this interview. It was nice to get to know a little bit more about my favorite character on Rookie Blue. It is great to learn a little more about the man, Ben Bass, as well as the character he plays. Hopefully as season two comes around we will learn more about Ben and he will do more interviews. Really love ya and the show Ben. Keep up the good work. Can't wait to see what unfolds between you and Andy and Luke.

I love Ben, so happy to see an interview with him. What a sweet gracious guy. Hes one of the main reasons I keep flipping back to this show. It would be nothing without him.

Wow. Great work on getting an interview with the engimatic Mr. Bass. I am a huge fan of Rookie Blue and love hearing what he has to say about his character and the show in general. Ben sounds like an insight & intelligent actor and all-around nice guy. Hopefully more interviews with him will emerge as S2 filming and production continues, us fans really appreciate it. :)

Elena, I have a massive girlcrush on you! Not only did you score the first interview with Ben I've seen anywhere googling his whole career, but you called him ABC's new heartthrob!
Great interview! Loved everything he said about the show, the role, the cast, what he sees in Sam and what he personally identifies with. He sure knows what to say to seal the heartthrob label with his female fans too: "I think a one-woman kind of guy is more interesting in some ways than the opposite."

yeah i know right i was happy when i heard they got renewd.. but Rookie Blue season finale supposed to be an 2 hour event so i hope Andy & Sam get together.

I remember this guy from his days on the final season of Forever Knight!! They're still after all of these years trying to get it back on the air!
