Another bit of liberal garbage.' I think you shall read a little bit of history, before talking crap. I honestly pity your ignorance. Anyway: Bravo! Great show I am really looking forward season 2 !

i love the walking dead series but if season 2 is going to start in 10 months its going to loose half its fans so start it early like easter that would keep your fans watching.

What a fantastic series.I've been hooked from the first minute.
How about series 2 starting at Easter??? Next week woukld be better but easter would be a nice compromise.Please!!!!!

The worst part is that if it isnt starting untill october, that probably means that season 2 is only going to be 6 episodes as well :-(

LOVE THIS SHOW! I have to wait 10 more months until season 2? I could barely wait a week until a new season 1 episode was on! Can you say "Sopranos"? Guess I'll just have to hang in there.

what an awesome show... im really hooked..
i never read the comics but was aware of them, but after watching the first episode i started reading the comics and now hook on both..
as for the people that think waiting until october 2011 will lose half the audience!... i dont think so... i think as soon as that time comes round and the ad's start showing up i think people will start rewatching season 1 to get up to scratch with the show and feed our hunger...:)....BRAINS!!!!!!!

I think the doctor whispered to Rick that everyone was infected. That whatever this virus is, it's in everyone regardless of getting bit, maybe it's just inactive and needs something from the active zombies to activate it or it waits until death to activate.
SPOILER:
in the comic everyone turns into a zombie when they die so maybe in season 2 we'll see that from someone who wasn't bit dying.

please for the love of god do not cancel the show somewhere in the future just when it gets even more amazing then it already is. that shit has happened way too often with other good shows. thankyou.

I absolutely loved this series...the ongoing drama and trauma- it's so well done of it's portrayal of the human element amidst total chaos and destruction....truly Brilliant- However; that being said, I am extraordinarily discouraged at having just found out I have to wait 10 months for a new show...I think "crappy" suits this situation just fine- there is building suspense but there is also "distracted loss of interest"- which I think having a ten month break between these two seasons is and is way too much...Anyway, LOVE THIS SHOW!!!! Amazing!

I agree survival would be most important and loitering, for lack of a better word, would more then likely make what life has become, a little bit easier. You really have something here I think. You have the oppotunity to make every "zombie movie" lover's dreams come true... keeping the story going. Where the movie would end you are able to just well keep going, and I know towards or at the end of a good zombie movie, were always wishing for more! Can't wait for season 2!
