I am disappointed that Fringe and Hawaii Five-O were not nominated. Castle is a great show too. I am glad to see that The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones were nominated for something. The award shows are almost not worth watching in my opinion.

Why isn't there any NCIS, White Collar, warehouse 13 or Royal Pains in drama? America's Got Talent and The Voice can beat American Idol hands down.

Katey Sagal was robbed of a nomination for Sons of Anarchy for the second year in a row. What does this woman have to do to get noticed? And if Margo Martindale doesn't win for her season on Justifed I think I'll cry. She was just that good.

This some BS. WHAT ABOUT KADEE STRICKLAND SHE WAS AMAZING ON PRIVATE PRACTICE. THAT RAPE EPISODE WAS PERFECTION!!!!! LAUREN AND MAE FROM PARENTHOOD SHOULD HAVE BE NOMINATED ALSO. THESE NOMINATIONS DIS YEAR ARE RIDICULOS. I THINK THEY SHOULD LET THE FANS/VIEWERS DO THE NOMINATIONS!

How can anyone say the TBBT is not funny? Seriously?
I hope Loretta Devine wins for best guest actress. Her small but effective role needs a lot of recognition!
Don't really care about Sons of Anarachy. Why does Hugh get nominated if he probably won't win. Patrick Dempsey should have gotten nominated!
And let's not forget how KaDee Strickland was snubbed. She was amazing!

No Sons of Anarchy or True Blood.....again! I am disgusted. Sons is one of the best dramas on TV. The acting is superb and the story lines are great. Is is because the show is about bikers? I hope not. Open your eyes, you Emmy people!

I don't think the people that pick these nominations even watch TV. I LOVE Modern Family, but really..did they need to have 4 nominations for best actor? What happened to Weeds, Fringe, True Blood,Castle and even The Walking Dead(3 Nods for Special effects, Makeup, and I think Music). And there are a few more shows that deserve some credit. I know people get worked up about the sci-fi/horror shows, but there are some amazing actors on True Blood and The Walking Dead. I won't be watching!

I will never get the love for Archie Panjabi. I find her so overrated. Also, Big Bang Theory is extremely unfunny, I don`t understand its nominations.

Wow, what a big disappointment. No nominations for Bones, Fringe, Master Chef, Hell's Kitchen, Raising Hope (the show)?? Who does the nominations anyway??? Congrats to Glee, American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, Ryan Seacrest, Cat Deeley, and Hugh Laurie anyway.

Very interesting to see only one network show up for best drama. I agree with the noms on the whole. Although I would have liked to see Peter Krause in there somewhere.

Jim Parsons, Big Bang Theory and Goodwife were all deserved.
Game of Thrones was a refreshing change to see on Emmy nominations.
I watch ModFam and it certainly has its moments, but not enough to warrant 4 nominations in the same category.
These are the EMMYs and not people's choice or teen choice so it is based more on the quality of the show and actors rather than the show's support base. However, the people who choose these nominations seem to be particulary bias in some areas and include shows as incumbents, rather than basing quality on a year to year basis.
