So Pretty Little Liars star Janel Parrish told me over the phone today, in anticipation of this Monday's "Let the Water Hold Me Down."

The actress gave this definitive answer, but couldn't reveal a lot more, promising that more resolutions are to come, although almost all will "lead to more questions."

That's why we love the show, though, isn't it?

Viewers can at least look forward to more Mona/Hanna scenes in the near future, as Parrish says the two are definitely still best friends.

"Mona just realizes that the four Pretty Little Liars need to have their own time sometimes. She may wish she could hang out with Hanna more, but she'll have her chance over the next few episodes."

Fans will also see a "softer side" to the character, but let's not get too carried away. Parrish admits she adores the young lady specifically because she's anything but soft on a regular basis.

"What I love about Mona is that she does whatever the Hell she wants," the actress said. "She'll do whatever it takes to stay on top. It fuels everything she does because she's been on the bottom in the past and isn't going back there."

Pretty Little Liars airs "Let the Water Hold Me Down" on Monday. We wouldn't miss it if we were you.
