I would have to say Glee... It has gone down the hill but my DVR is incomplete without it and secret life of the american teenager, its so bad but I'm so intrigued by the bad plots and acting of sum of the actors!

My guilty pleasure is Wipeout. I am sure I could find more, but I only have broadcast TV, and a strict rule that it cannot be turned on before 6:30 p.m.
(It used to be 7 p.m., until they started running The Big Bang Theory twice a day -- and what is ridiculous about that is that I have all the DVD's, and could watch them any time I want without commercials, and I still watch the reruns on TV anyway. So that makes me feel a little guilty, too.) (Or, at least, silly.)
