It will air at 10 p.m. on Mondays this fall, receiving the most prime spot on the 2012-2013 NBC schedule, right after The Voice.

It stars a Twilight Saga favorite (Billy Burke), a Breaking Bad villain (Giancarlo Esposito) and a former Rescue Me actress (Andrea Roth), among others. It centers on a world without electricity, where survivors live a pre-industrial revolution existence.

It's titled Revolution, it's produced by J.J. Abrams and Eric Kripke and it's the most anticipated new NBC drama of the upcoming season. Watch an extended promo for the series now and decide: Will you give it a shot?

I have a hard time believing these shows that the premise is that if we loose electronics that we all will go back to the dark ages and it will be nothing but lawlessness.

Remember Tera Nova and all that hype..... yeah not buying this

The premise looks really promising. And the cast is out of this world too - Giancarlo Esposito is certainly in his element here. I'll be tuning in for sure.

Looks cool, but they are probably going to screw it. Like V, Terra Nova, Flashforward and Heroes. High-concept and ambitous series work 1 in every 1000 times, like Lost.

there aren't many dramas from NBC to check out, but this one seems good, and a serious threat to Castle and Hawaii Five-O, plus with a nice bump from The Voice.
