Copper Cops Record Ratings for BBC America
Copper hit the streets of 1864 New York running on Sunday night.
The first original scripted series in BBC America history garnered 1.8 million total viewers, becoming the network's highest rated premiere ever in the process.
Said Perry Simon, General Manager, Channels, BBC Worldwide America: “This is a great result for BBC AMERICA, as our distribution continues to grow – now approaching 80 million homes. The response to Copper has been tremendous and we’re off to a promising start."
