Maybe this has something to do with sports. Does NBC broadcast a lot of collegiate & pro sports in the winter & spring that pre-empt their programming? Sometimes that ticks off loyal viewers to the point that it's better to delay a series until later. Then it can run uninterrupted, new episodes through the end of May.

Agreed Jarod. Can't wait for Smash.

Personally I'm not sure The Voice spring season will do good with Christina and CeeLo gone but I suppose Usher and Shakira have their fan base........I'm looking for Adam and Blake to take off next fall.

So NBC is going to sink their biggest remaining ship? Wow. Well done NBC, just as you were making a come back you managed to destroy yourself in one massive blow. Props to you.

How to kill a show, put it on hiatus for 3 months and that's your lesson for today! No wonder NBC sucks!! You can't have a show like Revolution on hiatus for that long.

Hey! Community's coming back in february, or is it? I saw the synopsis for Deception, it seems promising.
The rest, I don't really care for.
