Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu are fantastic and make Elementary a delightful and fun show to watch. I am thrilled it has been renewed.

If we are taking votes, get rid of Miller and Liu and let Quinn have his own cop show. Maybe become private eye. He is best actor on that show. Vegas needs more time to play itself out but will loose story line fast even with 3 good actors on it. It was my pleasure to do some shows with Miller, Quaide and Omara and they are both great guys.

Vegas (the show) is getting on a roll, just like Vegas, (the city) was doing during the time period of this new show. Much like Mad Men in period detail, the Vegas set designer has worked magic recreating the look and feel of an early Las Vegas before Frank Sinatra ever set foot in the state. It not only takes us back visually but it gives us a great deal of insight into just how instrumental the "Mob" was during the early years...not that we didn't know that but it's entertaining to see all the machinations of those mobsters and criminals who would stoop at nothing to get their hands on the almighty dollar. Money was sacred, not people and women were still second class citizens or "sex toys" at best, so that's why it's particularly interesting to have several tough, pretty females cast in important roles! Dennis Quaid needs to remove that permanent scowl from his face-we KNOW he's against the bad guys-but other than that, the characters are real, multi-dimensional and fun to watch. It's going to be a fun ride, too, as we witness every little birthing pain good or bad that ultimately helped to create one of the most popular "family destinations" in the world, including that famous catch phrase, "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!" However, we've got a LONG way to go before any "family" is safe to arrive...and until then, I'm all in!

I'm glad Vegas and Elementary have been picked up for another season. I really enjoy both of those shows. Still feeling Lucy Liu out as Watson, but other than that it's great.
