Fringe Series Finale To Be Titled...

at . Comments

Only six episodes remain on Fringe Season 5 and therefore, of course, the show itself.

While fans come to grip with this reality, producer Joel Wyman has given them something to ponder over the next few weeks: the series finale title will be "An Enemy of Fate."

What might be a reference to? Your guess is as good as ours, but Wyman also told TV Line the episode was especially expensive to film and "massive" in scope. We'd expect nothing less.

Fringe, meanwhile, returns from a three-week hiatus this Friday with "The Human Kind." Watch the official Fox promo for it above and consider the following synopsis:

Olivia encounters a very intuitive and oracle-like person named Simone as she looks to recover a key piece of equipment for Walter. Meanwhile, Peter finds himself in a perilous situation as he observes Windmark.

Fringe Quotes

Nature doesn't recognize good and evil Philip. Nature only recognizes balance and imbalance. I intend to restore balance to our world. Whatever it takes.

Walternate

Elizabeth: Sometimes what we have is not the world we want, but we have our hearts and our imaginations to make the best of it. I will promise you this: I will be the best mother I possibly can be to you. I'll take care of you, I will protect you and I will never let anyone take you away from me. No one. Not ever.
Peter: But you're not her, are you? You're not my real mother.
Elizabeth: You were sick. You were very sick for a long, long time and I think it confused you. Yes, I am your mother, of course I am.
