The X Factor Results: Finalists Revealed!

at . Comments

The $5 million stage is finally set.

The X Factor announced another elimination tonight, revealing the trio of finalists who will compete next week for the biggest prize in reality show history.

Following the online revelation that L.A. Reid will NOT return for Season 3, and Khloe Kardashian astutely noting that "These finals really mean everything to these contestants," the first act through to the finale was... FIFTH HARMONY!

From there, TATE STEVENS was declared safe, as the country singer breaks down in telling his wife they made it.

So, will it be Emblem3 or Carly Rose Sonenclar joining that pair next week? America has voted and... Emblem3 is eliminated!

Simon assures the trio that it will have a great career, but it not as the season two X Factor champion.

Did the viewers make the right call?

I thought Britney was just there to collect the cheque but she looked genuinely shocked twice after 5th Harmony and Tate.

Well, who do you all want to replace LA was announced last night-not on the show-that he won't be back next season.

The look on Britney's face was priceless when Fifth Harmony was declared safe..... Fifth Harmony will not win the competition. But I guess anything can happen. I'm pulling for Tate.......

I'm gonna have to disagree with you. X Factor UK rocked this season. The talent pool was ridiculous and James Arthur had to win. He deserved it and the things he would do with the songs each week were unparalleled. With X Factor US, it seemed so promising in the beginning with the auditions and bootcamp but once the live shows came around, they were so overproduced it actually hurt to watch. Still think Emblem3 should be in the final.

As soon as Mario called 5th harmony my jaw dropped I thought for sure they were going home but I'm glad they didn't and carly name should have been called first I scared for a minute I think rate should have gone home to.

Both US and UK X Factor was boring this year BTW...
