I watched for the 1st 1/2 hour and then gave up....
I'm not sure what "the critics" were watching--Part 1 was probably the best written TV show I have every seen. The number of characters and story elements introduced were incredible. This show has so many storylines it can follow that as long as the plot doesn't get bogged down like it did in part 2, it should be cool as hell to watch.
Yeah, it certainly needs some serious work. But Luther and Marta's father were interesting characters and I found the Russian subculture interesting. I'm hoping the writers and actors manage to turn this around.
Terrible. Within 10 minutes, there was a school shooting. Come on, give me something other than political propaganda. Turned it off and went to bed.
awful, and worst, 1 hour and 20 inutes of commercials, every 5 minutes anothe commerical. This is another desperate housewife or weeds, but just with one soccer mom.
This won't make it
Schiller and Marta?!! What is it with people wanting the 'hero' of the story to hook up with the murderous bad guy?!! WTF?!!
I much prefer Luther.
agree with Mara and Hookiefied. Pretty harsh. But understandable since there was too much poor television this season.
I burned my food, as I was watching these two episodes. I liked it. Not loved it, but certainly liked it. I'll be tunning in. Already awaiting for some abysmal ratings but we'll see.
I will be missing Evan, didn't get to enjoy his character too much.
Wow, that was a way too harsh review --I thought these episodes set up the premise and characters well and I really liked it and will definitely be watching to see what happens for these characters. I think the Revenge/Red Widow combo will be an entertaining night of tv.
Poor all around.
Boy was this BAD. I completely agree with the reviewer re: bob's "recruitment." With all the connections from her father she approaches a stranger? Lame.
Terrible premise for a show.
