Sherlock: Confirmed for Comic-Con, 2014 U.S. Premiere

by at . Comments

Sherlock is headed to Comic-Con for the first time this year... although Sherlock himself will NOT be attending the show's first-ever panel at the San Diego convention center.

Indeed, the BBC series will bring co-creator Steven Moffat and producers Mark Gatiss and Sue Vertue to the upcoming pop culture festival for a Q&A session with fans, EW confirms, but neither Benedict Cumberbatch nor Martin Freeman will be in attendance due to scheduling conflicts.

The time and date of the Sherlock panel will be announced tomorrow.

In other exciting, show-related news, Sherlock Season 3 will definitely premiere on PBS some time in 2014.

Fans in Great Britain will witness the new batch of episodes first, and they may not arrive State side until late next year... but have patience. They are afoot!
