More great news out of Sleepy Hollow:

The new Fox series, which got off to a huge ratings start for its premiere, will welcome former Fringe star John Noble later this season.

According to a network press release, the beloved actor will come on board multiple episodes as a recluse with supernatural powers named Henry Parrish. Look for the character to potentially assist Tom Mison's Ichabod Crane in some way.

James Frain has also booked an upcoming role on Sleepy Hollow - which airs Episode 2 on Monday - while Noble will reprise his role on The Good Wife later this fall.

I personally hope John Noble eventually becomes a regular. He is such a consummate actor. He raises the greatness of any show that here appears in. Robbed...of an Emmy for Fringe all those years. Sleepy Hollow show had arguably the best first episode of any series of it's genre. That is saying a lot when you think back on superb shows like: Buffy, Angel, Fringe, Supernatural, Haven. I realize I left some excellent series out, but those are my favorites. I really like many others in this genre but do not love or think they are or were great. Sorry Lost fans(too convoluted)...let's agree to disagree
