The World Series on Fox and Sunday Night Football on NBC dominated the ratings game last night, though Once Upon a Time showed signs of life (a five percent increase in its 18-49-year old rating).

Elsewhere: a heavily-hyped episode of The Good Wife remained on par with the previous installment and The Mentalist also ticked up from last week's series low...
