Team Muhney Supporters Protest Actor's Firing on The Young and the Restless

by at . Comments

A group of The Young and the Restless fans put their money where their angry mouths were today.

In protest of Michael Muhney's surprise firing last month - which allegedly took place because he groped the breasts of costar Hunter King on multiple occasions - a few die hard supporters dropped $785 to have the following sign flown over CBS studios this afternoon.

The banner reads: TEAM MUHNEY SUPPORTS MICHAEL MUHNEY.

Team Muhney Sign

There was one hitch in the plan, however:

The Young and the Restless does shoot in the Los Angeles location where this plane flew. But producers and those in charge keep their offices in a different Valley location.

Oops.

So what, they film at this location and the plane was seen. They flew a plane over to save Daniel Goddard's job too and it worked. All the negative hype about Muhney is rumors only with no proof and no witnesses. Innocent until proven guilty. Funny that these allegations showed up after his Emmy nomination. Sounds like some bruised egos have it in for the guy.
