The Walking Dead returns on Sunday, February 9 with the highly anticipated final eight episodes of the hit show's fourth season, which a new trailer is here to tease.
Following the devastating events of The Walking Dead Season 4 Episode 8, Rick and company are reeling from the loss of their home, family and friends.
Clearly, it's a time of transition as the back half of the season begins.
With the destruction of the prison, the once-close core group of survivors have been fragmented and set adrift on different paths, unsure of anyone's fate.
New dangers, enemies and decisions await, all potentially with deadly consequences and guaranteed to test their resolve, and faith, like never before.

The synopsis for The Walking Dead Season 4 Episode 9, "After," reads:
“As Rick deals with old wounds, members of the prison must come to terms with their new environment and ask themselves if survival alone is enough.”
What do you predict will happen when the smash hit series returns?
Looking beyond this season, The Walking Dead Season 5 has been officially gotten the green light by AMC, so filming for that should begin in Spring 2014.
Expect more details on that as well as the rumored spinoff this spring, and in the meantime, watch The Walking Dead online to catch up on Season 4!
