Duncan Moore returned to 15 Division and added to the chaos as everyone was on high alert when a mad bomber began blowing up cars around town. 

But when Duncan decided to follow up on a tip on his own in Rookie Blue Season 5 Episode 10 he ended up being trapped inside a car with a bomb set to explode. Lucky for him, Nick wouldn't leave the scene until the bomb squad walked him through disarming the device over the phone.

And just as Andy and Sam appeared as happy as they'd ever been, Marlo Cruz showed up as the new analyst assigned to their bombing case.
