In a parallel universe, synthetic humans are a reality, and they're being used for servants.
That's the general premise behind AMC's new series, Humans, which will premiere this coming Sunday, June 28 at 9/8.
Starring Gemma Chan, Eva-Jane Willis, Tom Goodman-Hill and William Hurt, the show takes an in-depth look at what it would mean to both the humans and the synths when they work so closely that they seem to become a part of the family.
Is it really as easy as man and machine or would there be a lot more to the relationship built between the two? That's just one of the issues that will be explored in this new look on a topic that's been explored before, but never in such great detail.
