Is Rick Grimes as a crossroads in life?
Based on the first photo released by AMC of The Walking Dead Season 6, the answer would appear to be a literal yes.
Published by Entertainment Weekly, the image depicts Andrew Lincoln’s character at the intersection of Marshall and Redding. He’s not wearing his constable uniform, but his face is covered by bruises and bandages.
This would seem to imply that Season 6 picks up soon after the events that concluded Season 5, in which Rick and Pete engaged in an epic fight.
Study the picture closely and take your own educated guess about what it may mean... and then prepare to find out plenty more about The Walking Dead Season 6 this weekend.
AMC will debut the very first trailer at Comic-Con in San Diego.
New episodes will then premiere this fall, though you can always watch The Walking Dead online before then.
