TV Ratings Report: Super Bowl Huge

at .

The Super Bowl was the main event last night on the TV landscape.

It's clear that everyone was watching it, too. It managed 100 million viewers and a 34.1 rating among people 18-49. It doesn't look like it'll be another record year, but these numbers are huge.

The Super Bowl Post Game was also on the map, with 48.7 million viewers and a 17.9 rating. We are still awaiting the results for The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, but we'll update the post when we get them.

And elsewhere around the dial:

  • On Fox, it was encores of The Simpsons (1.2 million/0.5 rating), Cooper Barrett (0.7 million/0.3 rating), Family Guy (1 million/0.4 rating) and Bordertown (0.9 million/0.4 rating).
  • On ABC, it was America's Funniest Home Videos (2 million/0.4 rating), Beyond The Tank (1.3 million/0.3 rating) and Shark Tank (1.9 million/0.5 rating).
  • And on NBC, it was movie night, with Pitch Perfect (1.9 million/0.6 rating).
