TV Ratings Report: The Flash Premieres Down & No Tomorrow Debuts Weak

The CW: The Flash (3.1 million/1.2 rating) premiered lower than last year. No Tomorrow (1.6 million/0.5 rating) debuted after and immediately lost over 50 percent of the strong lead-in from The Flash. One year earlier iZombie kicked off Season 2 with a 0.7 rating.
CBS: NCIS (13.9 million/1.8 rating) took a hit. Vice Presidential Debate (6.4 million/1.0 rating) and Analysis (5.1 million/0.8 rating) closed the night for the eye network.
ABC: Dancing With the Stars (8.8 million/1.4 rating) ticked up. Vice Presidential Debate (5.8 million/1.1 rating) and Analysis (4.6 million/0.9 rating) closed the night for the alphabet network.
Fox: Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2.5 million/1.0 rating) and New Girl (2.2 million/1.0 rating) were on par with one week earlier. Vice Presidential Debate (2.3 million/0.8 rating) closed the night for Fox.
NBC: The Voice (7.8 million/2.0 rating) took a hit. Vice Presidential Debate (6.6 million/1.9 rating) and Analysis (5.2 million/1.4 rating) closed the night.
