TV Ratings Report: Golden Globes Down, Fox Comedies Surge
Paul Dailly at .Jimmy Fallon may have got the audiences laughing at his jokes throughout the 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards, but he did not send the show upwards in the ratings.
NBC: The 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards (16.7 million/4.8 rating) look down 7 tenths from last year, but NBC will likely release time-zone adjusted ratings today.
Fox: The Simpsons (12.7 million/4.9 rating), Son of Zorn (5.3 million/2.3 rating), Family Guy (4.1 million/1.8 rating) and Bob's Burgers (3.4 million/1.5 rating) reaped the benefits of an NFL lead in.
ABC: It was two hours of To Tell The Truth (4.5 million/1.0 rating) and an original episode of Conviction (2.7 million/0.5 rating).
CBS: NCIS: Los Angeles (10.4 million/1.3 rating) took a hit, while Madam Secretary (8.9 million/0.9 rating) and Elementary (5.2 million/0.7 rating) were in line with recent ratings.
