TV Ratings Report: 24: Legacy Hits New Low

Fox: 24: Legacy (3.8 million/0.9 rating) can't seem to stop falling, but APB (3.6 million/0.8 rating) stabilized.
NBC: The Voice (12.1 million/2.7 rating) and Taken (6.2 million/1.3 rating) each slipped from last week's premieres.
ABC: The Bachelor (7.1 million/2.2 rating) slipped from last week, while The Women Tell All (5.9 million/1.8 rating) special was down double digits from last season.
The CW: Supergirl (2.2 million/0.7 rating) was even, while an encore of Penn & Teller (1 million/0.3 rating) was in line with Jane the Virgin's recent ratings.
CBS: Superior Donuts (6.1 million/1.2 rating) was the sole original on the eye network, with the rest of the night including encores of The Big Bang Theory (7.5 million/1.5 rating), Man With a Plan (6.1 million/1.2 rating), Kevin Can Wait (4.7 million/0.9 rating) and Scorpion (4.7 million/0.8 rating).
