TV Ratings Report: The Originals Matches Season High

With most shows down this week on The CW, The Originals managed to keep up the pace.
The CW: The Originals (1.1 million/0.4 rating) was stable with last week's fast national ratings. The show is up 25 percent vs. last year. Reign (0.7 million/0.2 rating) continued its final season steady at series lows.
NBC: First Dates (3.8 million/0.8 rating) launched on par with Grimm's average in the slot, which is a winning performance when you consider the reality series would have cost less to make.
Dateline (4 million/0.8 rating) slipped from last week's results.
Fox: Rosewood (2.4 million/0.5 rating) was on par with last week's episode, while You The Jury (1.6 million/0.4 rating) slipped a tenth from Sleepy Hollow's finale.
ABC: The Toy Box (4.1 million/0.8 rating) stepped in with decent ratings, while Shark Tank (4.8 million/1.1 rating) returned from hiatus down two-tenths. 20/20 (4.2 million/0.8 rating) was an encore.
CBS: MacGyver (6.7 million/0.9 rating) and Hawaii Five-0 (8.7 million/1.0 rating) were steady, while Blue Bloods (9.7 million/1.0 rating) dipped a tenth.
