TV Ratings Report: Downward Dog Flops for ABC

at .

Downward Dog got a late start during the 2016-2017 season, and that did not bode well for its ratings.

ABC: The Goldbergs (5.3 million/1.4 rating), Speechless (4.5 million/1.2 rating), Modern Family (6.1 million/1.7 rating) and Designated Survivor (5.1 million/1.1 rating) were all up, but Downward Dog (4.7 million/1.1 rating) performed horribly out of Modern Family.

The CW: Arrow (1.5 million/0.5 rating) inched down, while The 100 (0.9 million/0.3 rating) held steady.

CBS: Survivor (8.2 million/1.7 rating) was steady, while the two-hour series finale of Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders (4.5 million/0.7 rating) slipped.

Fox: Shots Fired (2.9 million/0.8 rating) and Empire (6.1 million/2.1 rating) were stable. It seems like Empire has found its floor.

NBC: Blindspot (4.3 million/0.8 rating) held steady, while Law & Order: SVU (5.4 million/1.2 rating) and Chicago PD (6.4 million/1.3 rating) were steady.
