TV Ratings Report: The Flash Returns Down, Lethal Weapon Hits Low

The Flash (2.8 million/1.0 rating) returned to The CW last night, slipping from last season's premiere and finale.
Legends of Tomorrow (1.7 million/0.6 rating) followed and was on par with last season's average.
Fox: Lethal Weapon (3.8 million/0.9 rating) continued its descent, hitting a series low. The Mick (2.3 million/0.7 rating) also came down, while Brooklyn Nine-Nine (1.8 million/0.7 rating) remained steady.
NBC: The Voice (10.9 million/2.3 rating) and Law & Order True Crime (4.9 million/1.1 rating) were steady, but This Is Us (10.9 million/2.8 rating) continued to descend.
CBS: NCIS (13.3 million/1.4 rating) and Bull 11.1 million/1.2 rating) were steady, while NCIS: New Orleans (9.5 million/1.1 rating) ticked up a tenth.
Fox: The Middle (5.8 million/1.4 rating), Fresh off the Boat (4.1 million/1.1 rating), The Mayor (3.4 million/1.0 rating), Black-ish and Kevin (Probably) Saves the World (3.6 million/0.8 rating) took a hit.
