TV Ratings Report: A Million Little Things Returns Up
Paul Dailly at .ABC's attempt at a TV show that hits viewers right in the feels might be starting to pay off.
A Million Little Things returned from a mini hiatus and built to a 0.8 rating in the demo (3.5 million total viewers).
While the live numbers are still soft, the show has leveled off, and packs a punch with delayed viewing.
If it can stay steady throughout the rest of the season, it has a good chance at landing a second season.
Elsewhere on ABC, The Goldbergs (5 million/1.2 rating), American Housewife (4.4 million/1.0 rating), Single Parents (3.4 million/0.9 rating), and Modern Family (4.8 million/1.3 rating) were all down.
Riverdale (1.3 million/0.5 rating) inched up a tenth at The CW, while All American (0.8 million/0.3 rating) was steady as a rock.
A two-hour installment of Survivor (7.6 million/1.5 rating) was up two tenths from last week's pre-Thanksgiving numbers.
Empire (5.1 million/0.5 rating) returned up a tenth, while Star (3.7 million/1.1 rating) was steady.
86th Annual Christmas in Rockefeller (8.4 million/1.3 rating) turned in solid ratings for NBC, while A Legendary Christmas (4.4 million/0.8 rating) matched AMLT in the demo.
