TV Ratings Report: SEAL Team Builds to Season Highs
Paul Dailly at .SEAL Team closed out 2018 with some good news.
The show built to a 1.0 rating (6.5 million total viewers), marking the show's best demo tally since January, and hitting a season high.
Before SEAL Team, Survivor was steady with another 1.5 rating (7.7 million total viewers), and Criminal Minds settled for a 0.8 rating (5.4 million total viewers).
Over on The CW, a deadly installment of Riverdale was right on par with recent ratings. It had a 0.4 rating (1.2 million total viewers), while All American (0.7 million/0.2 rating).
ABC's rotation of The Goldbergs (5.3 million/1.1 rating), American Housewife (4.6 million/1.0 rating), Modern Family (5.7 million/1.4 rating), Single Parents (3.6 million/0.9 rating), and A Million Little Things (3.4 million/0.7 rating) were stable.
The decision to move AMLT to Thursdays out of Grey's Anatomy should provide the freshman series a boost. It has proven it can rate well with delayed viewing.
Elsewhere, Ellen's Game of Games had a holiday special, and it pulled a respectable 1.2 rating (6 million total viewers).
Little Big Shots which was overexposed by NBC when it first premiered could only muster a 0.8 rating (5.2 million total viewers).
