A Million Little Things soared to season highs in the demo, and a series high in total viewers.
With 5.3 million total viewers and a 1.1 rating, it performed a little better than Station 19's fall average.
Before that, Grey's Anatomy matched its highest ratings of the season with a 1.9 in the demo (7 million total viewers).
The news was not all good for ABC. How to Get Away with Murder (2.8 million total viewers/0.7 rating) returned down a tenth in the demo but on par with its season average.
Over on CBS, The Big Bang Theory (13.2 million/2.3 rating), Young Sheldon (11.4 million/1.7 rating), Mom (8.5 million/1.3 rating), and Fam (6 million/1.0 rating) were all down week-to-week.
Supernatural (1.4 million/0.4 rating) was steady with its fall finale, while an encore of Roswell: New Mexico (1.1 million/0.3 rating) was on par with Legacies' average in the slot.
Over on NBC, The Titan Games (4.9 million/1.3 rating), Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2.8 million/0.9 rating) and The Good Place (2.6 million/0.8 rating) were all down, while Law & Order: SVU (4.2 million/0.9 rating) inched up a tenth.
Gotham and The Orville each posted a 0.7 rating for Fox.
