Detective Charlie Baker was key in 2007's riveting “Who Shot Stephanie?” story line on The Bold and the Beautiful. His father is Lt. Baker (played by Dan Martin). The two officers examined each suspect in the aforementioned cast and the motive they may have had for shooting Stephanie Forrester.
