A character is spontaneously pregnant, Alex is sleeping around, Bailey is funnier then ever, Cristina is hardcore there was an interesting case. I'm feeling old Grey's tonight. Although, a bit too old actually. I was looking at April and Jackson sitting at the kitchen table at the end of the episode, in Meredith's house and couldn't help but think: 'My God! Dejavu with Izzie and George'. They're really fitting in.
Aside from that, this episode gets a 8/10 for me.
I really enjoyed it and laughed a few times. I'm really liking Grey's Anatomy this season. Thankfully it's getting a season 8. I wish this season did get 24 episodes. That way it'd finish on exactly 150. An explosive season finale. Oh well, looks like season 8, episode 2 will do. :D

I know he can't help if a cast member wants to leave, but firing characters won't help a show. Especially if you really the character. It puts you off it.
I don't watch this series, I only want SVU. That one is great. I own them all on DVD. I just think that if he keeps up the cast changes, people won't stick around.
SVU has only had few cast changes, and that has been 3 lawyers. They just need a permeant ADA - which they may have.
I don't watch this show, but my family do. I hear about Charlie Sheen all the time. It annoys me. But if you think about it, the show is high in ratings and the show is raking in the cash. So really, to sum it up, the reason for Charlie Sheen to be on the show is for ratings and money. That's what it comes down to at the end of the day: a paycheck. So just understand that no matter what Charlie Sheen does, it doesnt matter. They're getting paid big money. It's all they really care about.

Eventually most characters on a show get together in a TV series. Some dont work out though because actors leave and destroy the characters romance (e.g. Katherine heigl). So really, any actor could leave or be written out. So Shonda can say that these characters are 'MFEO', but any character could be written out tomorrow. It's best not to get attached to get character relationships really as it's not 100% guaranteed.
Well, Dick Woof has made several Law and Orders. 2 has been cancelled. One being, Law and Order: Trial By Jury. Another being the original Law and Order series. And now, Law and Order: Criminal Intent has not been renewed and is about to face it's last season. Thankfully Law and Order: SVU still on. It's the only one I watch.
I am with MadWorld30 on this. This season is all about Meredith's personal life. I get that she deserves one, and the show revolves around the characters being selfish about their personal lives, but it's about time that we get to see some more professionalism. I really look forward to this episode and Meredith's 'Golden Hour'. :D
Season 3 will be out around the time it is normally released in your region. If you get True Blood in May, like I got season's 1 and 2, you'll get season 3 in May. They're all released around the same time.
@Scott: You're right. You have your eye on the ball. The show has really lost it's purpose. In all honesty, I don't see it getting a season 6 renewal. If it does, I'll be really confused.
