And secondly: Please stop calling Elena a slut for sleeping with one brother after the other. The situation is complicated, sirebond or no sirebond, she has developed feelings for Damon over the years. You can't help who you fall for. Just saying.
If you happen to fall for two brothers, that's shit luck. But you're not a slut.
I don't believe there is a sirebond between Elena and Damon. It is so far-fetched. I mean, he never said she COULDN'T drink blood from a bloodbag, they all came to that conclusion when she threw it all up. And if she was actually sired to him, shouldn't she be able to drink his blood? But she couldn't keep that down either.
On another note; I am offically a Klauline shipper! Love these two together. Tyler is such a bore. Klaus is funny, charming, and interesting. A great fit for Caroline, who are all of those things as well.
I have not read all the comments in detail, but it seems as if I'm (pretty much) alone in disliking the season finale. Everything happened so fast, with too many storylines so that each individual storyline didn't get the time it deserved.
The Rumpelle reunion could have waited until next season. I was really looking forward to that, and having it thrown in with everything else going on gave me a feeling of anticlimax.
And a dragon in Storybrooke? And Emma killing it by throwning a sword at it? It was just too much. I get that they had to throw in something dramatic like that, but it was just too weird.
@Bored Now.
"- Of course Bill did not die, no one dies in this show."
Are you serious? This is not Days of our lives. Remember Vicky, Anna, Mayor Lockwood, Jenna, Jules, John, Mason, Isobel, Bonnie's grandma? No? That's because they're all DEAD.
I actually liked that Nick died. For a new show, it had too many key characters to get to know. Although I might have been more content if the victim was Melissa instead. Nick was a little bit more intresting, even if he did look like some boyband leftover from the 90's.
The mere thought of a baby in this action filled show is just ridiculous. But we all know that it's not gonna happen, because Caroline can't get pregnant. This is just a tease.
Finally, the Secret Circle got interesting! Loved the ending, can't wait to see what happens to Melissa next week.
About the 12 parents; I think the "parent-circle" also had 6 members, but they all married outside of the circle. It would make sense, because non of their children have said that the dead parent was a witch too. Not Faye about her father, Diana about her mother, and so on. It's a theory!
Honestly, this pilot felt very weak to me. But not because of the story, but everything just fest so.. wrong. Like the scene in the woods with Adam and Cassie. Looking at the two of them it seemed like this was the first time for both of them in a forest. That's the feeling I had throughout the entire episode. Actor/actress + enviroment/set = No connection. They didn't connect with anything, not even eachother. These kids are supposed to be childhood friends, but when you look at them you can see very clearly that they've just met. Especially between Diana and Adam. So sad. This story had a lot of promise. Maybe it's just bad acting, or poor directing. Hopefully it gets better.
Ok, sure, Chuck hit the bottom this week. But as a former true believer in Chair I have to defend him on a few points;
1. His life really sucks right now. His only true friend turning against him just for some girl, who also happens to be his ex. That's gotta hurt. (and seriously, Raina forcing Nate to choose between her and his best friend is completely immature and unfair. And Nate is going to regret that decision once he realizes that)
2. The recent findings about his fathers romantic business with said ex's mother - I mean, the incest possibility has got to be mindfucking enough.
3. The extreme jealousy he feels over Blairs new relationship.
The only reason that he went out of line this week was because of all his feelings boiling inside him. With an absurd amount of alcohol combination, who knows what you'll be capable of? When Blair told him she wanted to be with Louis something inside him snapped and he lost control of himself, because he loves her so much that he doesn't know that to do without her. He became desperate and acted irrationally. I agree that this behavior is way beyond redemption. I know that he would never want to intentionally hurt Blair, and that is why I feel sorry for him. Because now he has, in the most unforgivable way. I'm very sorry to say this but, rest in peace Chair.
I cried of laughter when I saw Rufus with the flowers and champagneglasses and the look of childish expectation in his eyes. Only to be let down by a grumpy Lily. It was epic.
Dan and Blair would be much better as alomst-friends than lovers. Why can't anyone see that? The only romance that holds true comedy to it IS Chair. Enough said.
“Fans are struggling with exactly the same issues they’ll see Dan and Blair struggling with,” she says. “There’s a lot of ambivalence and even revulsion on their part.”
Stephanie Savage... First of all, do Not pretend that you know how we, the fans, feel about different things on the show. You can read our comments or poll-results, but you will never know for sure. We form a very clear opinion about a situation on the show as soon as the seed for it is planted. To say that we are "struggling" is just idiotic, wishful thinking.
And second... Loyal GG fans have stayed through a lot of bullsh*it (talking about the Chuck/Gothic Barbie-incident). But do not think that we will stay through much more nonsense. You lost millions of fans with the previously mentioned incident, and you will lose millions more if you go the Dair-more-than-friends-way. Too many displeased fans = the slow death of a show that once was worthy of going out with a bang.
The Gossip Girl fanbase is too fragile for risks. Why don't you try to have fun, play safe and try some serious characterdevelopment instead of playing matchmaking between them all the time? This is getting ridiculous. I give it a couple of more episodes then I'm out for good. And I was a loyal soldier with my very own signed copy of season 2 on a shelf. That one is so going on E-bay.
Not a big fan of this episode, and it's all because of Sheldon. As you say he was a bit over the top this week, and quite a lot too. I've always seen Sheldon as the "calm freak", not the "excentric freak". It doesn't fit him.
This episode was a real disappointment to me. Apart from the Tyler-turning-into-a-wolf-struggle of course, that was crazy good.
It is so typical that just when it gets interesting, the writers have to make everything "good and fine" again. I mean, why did they put Stefan in the tomb with Kat if they weren't gonna play with the story and consequences? They did NOT have sex/make out in there, and Damon did NOT make a move on Elena. Ergo, high expectations with little or no outcome. Seems to be a pattern in CW series.
And then the Elijah thing. He does not want to hurt Elena, but has a plan of his own.. Now I wonder why he's been running around playing Boogieman up until now. It bothers me how characters act one way and then you find out that they want something different. It's so transparent when the writers have a change of heart regarding a character or a storyline.

I think she said that Sansa should only love her own children, not trust. "As a mother you'll have no choice" (or something like that).
