  1. Sons of Anarchy Season Finale Review: "NS"

Great finale. Sutter and company definately pulled a fast one on the audience with the club being in on Jax being a rat. I dont think Jax has a clue that Gemma and Clay were responsible for his dad's death. One thing to mention is that Gemma didnt want Jax to die, she tells Clay in the beginning of the episode that she doesnt want him to see the same fate that John did. Thats when I knew those two were responsible for his death. It truly changes thought how we perceive Clay and Gemma now. They are truly evil people regardless of the appearences they put up. Its a brilliant move by the writers, they did a similar thing with the Shield in the last 2 seasons when the audience, for the most part, went from liking Vic Mackey to the show revealing to us the scumbag he really was and turning the focus of the show from disturbed hero to downright evil bastard. I guessing that change took place last night when it comes to Gemma and Clay. Im guessing Tara and Jax will be at odds with those two for the remainder of the show now as they battle for the club and there humanity.
  2. Game of Thrones Preview: Will You Watch?

ill watch on dvd sometime as i dont get HBO. The books are some of the best fantasy by far. The actual fantasy is quite subdued and the story is more political intrigue. Its a story of the Starks, Lannisters and Baratheon set against the backdrop of the Night Watch and the threat of the mythical "Others" that may or not be threatening the realm. My only complaint is while George Martin, the author, is spending time on this tv series he wont get the 5th book in the series finished, its been some 5 yrs now since the last book came out. Prolific this guy is not.
  3. Casualties of War

I'm starting to lose interest in this show. I didnt really care that much at all about Sean getting his girl back. The aliens and the president story is still keeping my interest but barely. I got about one or two more episodes at the most before I give up, unless things start getting more interesting.
  4. Sons of Anarchy Review: "The Push"

Jax is being a pouting little bitch who is reacting the only way he knows how to the circumstances hes in. Tara is a strong character and Im confident the writers will do her character justice. Its good to see Kozik... aka Lem from his Shield days, on the show. I hope he becomes a regular.
  5. The Box

Good episode, Im assuming next week will see us in the alternate universe with the Olivia we all know. I hope this show makes it through the season, the ratings are horrible.
  6. Sons of Anarchy Review: "Home"

The scene with Katy and Hal Holbrook was one of the most emotional and dramatic scenes I've ever seen on television or in theater. Kurt Sutter is a genius and proves it week after week. Katy Sagal is proving since last year to be the best actor on the show, her range from depression to anger to joy to ultimate sadness again is amazing.

I agree with the review, the scenes in Belfast are hard to follow as the dialogue is hard to understand. This adds to the realism of the show but makes it frustrating as I feel Im missing something. Not sure of the priests motives in not returning Abel to his family, and the coming battle with the priest and the Sons is starting to take shape. A great season so far!!
  7. Sons of Anarchy Season Three Premiere Review: "So"

Great episode and agree that Gemma learned about her mom being dead not Abel. Very dark episode over all and got the feeling the all 13 episodes will be this way since were not going to get resolve the Abel thing till the end of the season I'm sure. However it looks like we might get some back history episodes with John Teller which should be interesting.
  8. Producer Speaks on Series Finale, 24 Movie and More

This season was garbage. Seasons 1-4 were top notch and 7 was pretty decent.. but the rest were crap. THis season finale was just a rehash of the end of s4 i believe when they faked his death and he disappeared.. I think Chloe cried then too. The writers, unfortunately, lost there creativity on what stories to tell and what to do with Jack year after year. THis artice alone tells the story, they didnt know they were going to be cancelled when the season started and they were scrambling along while with the plot while they were filming episodes. Its a recipe for disaster, which this season ended up being. I'm glad its over, I only wished they had killed Jack off so we wouldnt have a movie coming.
  9. What I Loved About the Lost Finale

too bad theres haters of the ending.. not sure what they were expecting. All along the island was just the backdrop and setting for these characters and there stories. The Saywer/Juliette scene was amazing. I loved this ending, Jack dying on the island while at the same time all of them moving to the afterlife was so moving and powerful. Truly fantastic writing.
  10. Lost Finale Review: Let There Be Light...

so many people totally missing what happened in this amazing finale. THe island events did happen to these characters. Some died on the island others like Saywer, Kate, Lapidus, Ben and Miles got off the island. Christian's dad explained it perfectly, all the oceanic 6 and there loved ones died at some point and they couldnt move on to heavan without coming together in the afterlife first. It was a great end to a great show.
  11. V Season Finale Review: "Red Sky"

first off james vernon needs to lay off the tequila, whatever the hell you posted makes no sense at all.

A definate plot hole was there with the letter going to Joshua. Maybe theres a deleted scene that should have been there. I enjoy the show alot, some of the stuff I just dont buy. Val was impregnated by a reptile alien and her freakout meter was non existent. Anyone would have been like omg wtf .. get this thing out of me now. The original series did a great job in dealing with the whole pregnancy issue between human and V. This series it was botched badly I think.

The writing is pretty good, but all they have to do to cure everyone and there V worship is show them how they truly are, once again props to the original series, where they kidnapped the leader of the V's and unmasked him for who he truly was. I'm just looking for more raw human emotion over the fact that aliens from another planet have arrived and we have no idea what the hell they are and what the hell they want.
  12. Lost Review: Did We Find Jacob's Successor?

I'm thinking Ben is going to have the last laugh on Smokey. Since Smokey seems to trust him, Ben may be the only one who can get close enough to him to get his dagger and kill him. Everyone has known from s1 it would come down to Jack and Locke, so this was no surprise at all. I just want to know if these people are really dead and in hell or its something else.
  13. Day 8: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

i too keep hoping for the death of Jack .. unfortunately with the knowledge of a future movie this is not a reasonable expectation. I'm way beyond fed up with his superhuman ability to kill everyone and everything. I hope next week we get to see Cole give him a beat down would be a nice way to end off the season and with Chloe putting a bullet in him as he is arrested and whisked away. Ive never wanted to see a main character die so badly.
  14. NBC Confirms Cancellation of Heroes

i actually though s4 was almost as good as the first until they killed off Nathan .. after that it felt like the writers got lazy and just finished off the season. I'm glad its not coming back, the way s4 ended was just total garbage, Tim Kring took his great show and destroyed it, way to go!!
  15. Across the Sea

There's obviously some end all answer to what the island is and what exactly is its purpose. Mother, we are led to belive, has been there for quite some time and comes across as someone who was definately an arrival who was given a specific set of instructions on what the island is and how to protect it. Whether the creators will allow us that answer is unknown, and I'm beginning to guess that answer is no. While each new character revealed in the island mythos seems to have just a tad more information than the one before we are still left with just as many questions.

It was interesting to find that Jacob and MIB are nothing more than just ordinary people thrust into an unordinary experience, both with questions. Jacob, however seems to have learned to just accept the situation while MIB is curious to a fault as to the whys and hows of the island and obsessed with being stuck in a bottle he cant get out of. I find it almost amusing that we've been led to believe over 6 years that Jacob was the end-all of information for the island, but in one hour we find out just how totally wrong that idea is.

The last couple weeks should be interesting to watch.
  16. Day 8: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

this show pisses me off with the turn they've had Jack take .. I hope they kill him off but due to a movie coming I know that isnt happening. What a disgrace this show has become.
