Of course next season should be obviously about Sam and Andy's relationship growing and I think S5 is the perfect time to introduce "families" as the theme. We have had hints at Sams childhood so maybe we can meet his sister and/or parents ESP since he's been shot. I also would like to see how the Peck parents would handle Gail and holly and Steve and traci. There obviously is a story behind Chloe and Wes.... And noelle and frank... So it def seems like a good direction to go.
sexuality check out 2x13 they hint to it).
Can't believe I have to wait till next year to find out what happens. I really don't know how I'll survive.........Let's hope they get Sam back in uniform I'm not really a fan of him as a D and like he said to Andy they work the best with each other......awwwww
For all of those who jumped ship on Sam and Andy when she finally gave in to Nick are crazy. Not one of their scenes together ever even came close to the best few minutes of tv EVER when Andy and Sam finally got together. Nicks relationship to me feels so much like the one she had with Luke, she says and does some of the same things with both of them. The story seemed so appropriate in the ambulance even thought Andy didn't think so. I liked how the story started her saying how she had laughed so hard basically explaining how happy he made her even though he had thought she was happier with Nick.
The best part of it was when he whispers "I LOVE YOU" back to her after she tells him. Beautiful...love, love, love.
As for the rest of the episode I wish it was Chris that got shot and he died cuz he is boring always has been. I really think that Chloe is going to have to pull through cuz the show is short on females as is especially with Gail getting with Holly (for those who doubt her sexual preference check out 2x13 it gives a little hint to it). Like everyone else I love Traci and Steve and of course Ollie.
Can't believe I have to wait till next year now..... Lets hope they put Sam back in uniform I'm not really a fan of him as a D and like he told Andy when they work together they are at their best.
Love, Love, Loved this episode!!!!! I smiled the whole way through it!! I will have to watch it again and then I'll be able to write something half intelligible about it!
What I also forgot to say was that I really liked the way they did the Andy/Nick sex scene. I liked that it was so different to Sam and Andy when they first had sex... Where theirs was hungry, passionate intensity (perfection) Nick and Andy's was clumsy awkwardness that was sweet. Reflects both of the relationship truthfully
I really was not into this episode at all. It was all very predicable - Diaz not being the father, the real dad taking Christian, Gail going out with Holly, Nick and Andy hooking up, Marlo starting to spiral. It all felt boring and with only 3 episodes left I'm starting to feel like there can't be any Sam/Andy action going to happen.... I know about the ambulance/kiss scene and it really doesn't seem like much at all. More of a concerned kiss not a getting back together one so I think we will be waiting till next season more because I would like it if they started working together again so we have more of what I loved about them in season 1 & 2.
I am definitely loving Traci and Steve they are fun together and she really needs someone to give her some life back.
Luke should come back for Gail they do not need to have her turn lesbian (even though I am really enjoying the character Holly) because before it wasn't right for them to be together, he was still getting over Andy and she just broke up with Chris..... so now is their chance.
I like Andy and Nick they have some fun parts but they are totally just brother and sister which I'm hoping will be realised once they give dating a try.
As for Sam and Marlo that relationship is going down the drain. It is just painful to watch the lack of anything between them sad see. I almost feel like Marlo will in the end just tell him to go back to Andy because everyone knows that is where it will always be and they can't fight it for long.
