1. What was your favorite Gossip Girl quote from the episode?
I LOVED all the CB scenes... of course but I have to give the funniest quote to Dan when he an Vanessa are sitting at the coffee house discussing that fact that he is going to miss highschool:
"I'll miss Blair and her daily ego demolitions, NELLY YUKI STEALING MY LUNCH"......LOL
2. What took you by surprise the most last night?
That they are still trying to find an interesting story for Vanessa....God help us.
3. Will Chuck and Blair last?
I think if the writers are good this culd be an awesome opportunity to have some great SL for them....jealousy, C's drinking, B's eating disorder. Plus they fight better than anyone... doesn't mean they have to break up. Lots of fighting and making up but staying together.
4. If you were Gossip Girl, how would you describe the graduating seniors we love?
Serena- clueless Nate- clueless Blair- Perfection Chuck- Sexy Dan- funny
5. What is Scott's agenda?
Money... I am sure
BONUS QUESTION: I don't care as long as they keep Chair together.
1. What was your favorite Gossip Girl quote from the episode?
I have to go with B:
Serena: "You brought Nate?"
Blair: "I'm just as flummoxed (confused) as you are. I got out at 53rd and made a run for it but he is faster than he looks." LOL
2. How are you liking the Gabriel-Poppy financial caper story line?
I thought it was an okay storyline until Lily called the cops on S. Seriously.... She is worried about the financial thing causing a scandal... as if S getting arrested won't be all over town... REALLY stupid twist.
3. More puzzling decision: Chuck letting go of Blair because he loves her, or Lily having Serena arrested to avoid drawing attention to the scheme?
See over answer..............
I think Chuck TRYING to let Blair go makes perfect sense. He does not think he is good for her. He has proven that over and over.
4. Biggest stretch: Serena thinking Gabriel would simply return the money, Dan overhearing everything, or the increasingly strange Kelly Rutherford pregnancy-hiding outfits?
HATED Dan this episode... just when I am starting to embrace him again, they make him into a moron again.
5. How will Chuck react to seeing Nate and Blair at the prom?
I think he will be supportive of her.... because as he said he wants her to be happy. I hope Serena spills the beans about the ILY and B decides to end things with Nate on her own without Chuck stepping in. I think this will make for a better reunion for them in the finale...
1.What was your favorite Gossip Girl quote from the episode?
Blair: "It's full of mole men and middle class professionals" - Classic B
and
Nate: "Blair and I are in a good place right now" HA
Chuck: "What place is that, some tacky apt were you can keep and I on her." Chuck seems to be the only one in this triangle that sees things as they are.
2. Best fashion moment of the night - Chuck's basketball attire, Serena's "dress" at the co-op party, or the "OMJC" shirts at Georgina's camp?
Serena's dress was awful!!! Even as pretty as she is she couldn't pull that tacky dress off.
3. Harder to believe: The distance between NYU and Columbia constituting a long-distance relationship, Lily and friends forking over cash in minutes in this economy, or any scene involving Vanessa?
Lily and friends- These people didn't get/stay wealthy by being idoits. There would have been some high price attorney's involved before anyone would make that decision.
4. Should Rufus propose to Lily?
At this point I don't really care. The storyline is dragging. Hopefully the long lost son will spice things up.
5. Should Blair move in with Nate?
Stupidest storyline ever. Even if NB were in a good place...which they aren't, they just got together 3 weeks ago.
BONUS QUESTION: What do you predict will happen next in the Serena-Poppy-Gabriel saga?
B/S & C will enlist G's help to bring down Poppy and hopefully the beginning of our long awaited CB reunion.
1. What was your favorite Gossip Girl quote from the episode?
Have to give it to Dan tonight: "Yes you are the wife of the land of gentry and I am a cater waiter at a seder."
Laughed my ass off...
2. In honor of Josh Schwartz and two-thirds of our panel, what was the best Jewish humor-related part of the episode?
When Dan sat down at the table and Cyrus said "Oh well, thats were we just moved Elijah" ..... Cyrus is FAB!!!
3. Should Nate go to Yale or Columbia?
Who cares........ No way did he get into Columbia on his own merits. The whole things is so far fetched.
4. Strangest plot hole: Jenny having her Monopoly date at the van der Woodsen's and not in Brooklyn, Nate staying at the rehearsal dinner after his kiss-off toast, or Serena actually thinking she's married?
Serena thinking shes married. I mean come on. Not a big surprise about Jenny she may have been trying to impress her new guy. Which by the way.... could they not have found a cuter boy for her, I think it is Aaron's long lost brother.
5. Gabriel: Intriguing or boring?
Boring but I loved Blair to Serena. "Who was that tall snack you were devouring earlier?" So cute. Love those two when they are on.
BONUS QUESTION: Has Blair really changed - and is being with Nate stifling the feisty, confident B we know and love?
I have said this before.... B is whiney and needy when she is with Nate and I hate it. I want my strong, vivacous B back. It is almost hard to watch her taking it from everyone and begging Nate.
To be honest... I am completely astounded that anyone would be a Nair fan. I mean I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I honestly can not see it. Their relationship is borderline brother & sister. Alot of Nair fans keep talking about how much better season one was, but the banter between Blair & Chuck started back then. From the second episode I could tell that Nate was not for Blair even before Chuck became an issue. I mean Nate was chasing Serena from Episode 1. Anyways.... I could go on and on but the bottomline is... I don't get it!
To the person who wanted a list to prove C&B.
S1
1. Chuck to Blair "You don't get enough credit for your wit"
2. Their exchange when he gives her the key to his suite for her & Nate. So cute.
3. Blair reassuring him that his father would like his idea for the club.
4. Victor Vitorla... the whole episode. Come on
5. Balcony scene on her birthday
6. His sincere "I really am sorry" at her birthday
7. So many scenes after she chooses Nate. Not just the heartbreak on Chucks face but the way she looks at him across the courtyard.
8. Up all night schemeing againist Georgina. "Them falling asleep on her bed"
9. At the wedding when she adjusts his suit...
10. His toast at the wedding
11. "you don't belong with Nate, Never have, Never will"
S2
12. Blair trying to make Chuck jealous and him seeing right through it.
13. "The pin" She was so upset trying to pretend that she was really into Marcus. Such a heartbreaking scene in the garden.
14. The white party "3 words, 8 letters"
15. "Have sex with me"
16. The whole episode when B was trying to get C's help to bring down Vanessa. The bedroom scene at the end proved that he really loves her. He could have just slept with her, she was on display but "Maybe that isn't enough for me"
17. B trying to seduce him LOL. If it was just about sex he wouldn't have held out.
18. The scene on the roof in Brookln.... "Did you really think I was going to say it then?"... "Yes, and when you didn't I wanted to die"
19. In her bedroom, "Just because we can't say those 3 words, doesn't mean they aren't true."
20. When he helps her with her babysitting duty and she admits to the girl that her first time was with someone she loved.
21. Chuck saying the Limo is sacred.
22. The dance and them getting dates for eachother. So cute. I think that day would have been the beginning of their relationship if Chuck's world hadn't fallen apart.
23. "You don't appreciate anything today and thats okay...
"but I am me & you are you Blair & Chuck, Chuck & Blair, the worst thing you have ever done, I will stand by you through anything..... I love you"
Even though he didn't respond the way he should have it was clear on his face what that meant.
24. In her bedroom when he was crying.
25. Waking up to find the note "You deserve better"
26. Blair defending and taking care of him after Jack brings him back.
27. Talking him down from the roof.
28. His apology in the elevator.... she couldn't even look him in the eye when she sent him away
29. "Take me know" Once again he could have but that is not all he wants anymore
30. "I am losing her"
I agree with PP about not watching the show because of couple preference. If you are a fan you can try to apprciate all avenues the writers explore. I just personally prefer when Chuck & Blair are playing off eachother. Those episodes are my favorite. But I also can appreciate the opinions of those who like her with Nate. Something alchemic happened when Chuck and Blair fell in love. Two people so determined to control and exert authority would never submit to any other, but the prospect of relinquishing that control is always a delicious impossibility.
They can never pretend again with each other and that is what they love and hate the most. There is no one else who does that for them in either of their lives; no one else who refuses to look at them until they take off their respective masks. For me, that is real love. Their being together or not together is not even the point. They belong to each other, and that will be true regardless of the years or the distance or the people between them."
Whoever said Blair is Chucks sloppy seconds must be high.
Nate is the one who HAS a girlfriend that he was about to go a way with for the summer. If Blair is anybodys sloppy seconds its Nates.... Blair, Serena, Blair, Cougar, Yale Girl, Vanessa, Jenny, Vanessa and now Blair again. Its exhausting.
I love Nate and I think he and Blair are awesome as friends.... butthe chemistry clearly is between Blair & Chuck.
1. What was your favorite Gossip Girl quote from the episode?
A: Gotta give it to Chuck: When the young girl answers at the Dean's house. "Great, Looks like Polanski is in town." Classic, Classic GG.
2. Will the past continue to be an issue for Lily and Rufus?
A: It shouldn't be... I mean come on, he couldn't have been that surprised.
3. Do you feel bad for Vanessa?
A: I feel bad that the writers can't find the beautiful Jessica S a decent storyline. She only has chemistry with Penn. So maybe they need to hook those two up finally.
4. Should Chuck have done as requested when Blair said "take me now," or did he handle the situation correctly?
A: I think he did the right thing and I think in the end that is what is going to make Blair realize that even if he doesn't say those "3 words", actions speak louder than words...... How gorgeous did he look during that scene? It was clearly hard for him to say no.

A: I think it will be cute... they have history.... they just don't have a future.
1. What was your favorite Gossip Girl quote from the episode?
I always pick Chuck or Blair but this week goes to Dan "Do what you want with it" LOL (his delivery was classic.)
2. Will the revelation that people hate and are out to get her transform the Blair Waldorf we know and love? What will be her next move?
I think it will just be more of the Blair we know and love....
3. Bigger plot hole: Blair being negged from Yale for a relatively minor incident, or anything involving Vanessa?
Blair & Yale.... It is not believable that a school like Yale would base their decisions on the hear say of a country bumpkin teacher....
4. Should Carter Baizen stick around for awhile?
NO. But not because of S Stans acting I just don't think we need another guy on this show..... By the way if you didn't see him in Kings last Sunday...do it, hes great.
5. Who are you happier to be rid of: Rachel or Elle?
Elle..... but Rachel was a really stupid story line too. It seems like the writers are grasping at straws for ideas.
BONUS QUESTION: In light of all the recent Gossip Girl spoilers and photos circulating online, we have to ask: Chuck and Blair or Nate and Blair?
CHAIR
I can't believe this is still a legitimate question. DO YOU remember season one ??? Nate & Blair were awful together. He was after her best friend and they were so uncomfortable with eachother. The people who like Blair with Nate must be basing their opinions on the books not the show.
1. What was your favorite Gossip Girl quote from the episode?
Nate: Aren't you curious what it says?
Chuck: I think I can guess...Your a disappointment of a son, I'd die of embarassment if I wasn't already.... Why do you wear so much purple? Classic!!!!!
2. Where do Chuck and Blair go from here?
I think this is a normal progression. I love them together in any way mostly because of the undeniable chemistry between Ed & Leighton but I think it is right that Blair is feed up. It is clear that she loves him but is more concerned with protecting herself... rightly so.
3. On a scale of 1-10, rate Nate and Vanessa's respective uselessness in this episode.
Vanessa - believable
Nate - I mean were has he been. I think it is sad how he is ending up without a storyline.
4. Most unbelievable: A teenager named CEO of a billion-dollar real estate conglomerate, Jenny's hair, or Nelly Yuki being stealthy enough to gank Dan's phone?
Chuck being CEO - I can see him having the shares but not running the company.
5. So Andrew isn't dead after all. How will Rufus and Lily find this out?
I agree with Jen21. I think Blair contacted Jack to help her find Chuck, (which would explain why he texted her the minute he was in town)I am guessing Jack wasn't very receptive so blair made a deal with him, (which would explain the final scene in the promo).... he has come to collect!
1. What was your favorite Gossip Girl quote from the episode?
Since this was an emotional episode I have to go with Chuck:
"Family?" ... "I don't have a family".... Major tearing up.
2. How great was Ed Westwick last night?
From the moment I started watching GG in the middle of season 1 (I have since watched them all) I knew he was a extrodinary actor... but this was above and beyond even my expectations. Everything out of his month and every expression on his face was full of raw emotion. It would be a shame if he is not recognized.
3. Bigger waste of money: Chuck paying for information he torched, or Gossip Girl paying an actress to play Vanessa?
Chuck paying for the info was just part of the drama so I liked it. I don't like the character V so I guess I have to go with that.
4. More confusing plot line: Cece's underlying motives regarding Lily, Dan and Serena basing decisions on whether their parents are dating, Aaron jetting off to Buenos Aires for the holidays (with a high school girl, the day after his dad gets married)?
Serena - I mean this is the worst plot ever. Even if Dan did not express his undying love to you do you really think it is wise to run away with someone when you are clearly still hung up on some one else, but don't get me started on S, her little show at the funeral infuriated me.
5. Kleenex alert! On a scale of 1-10, rate the following heartwarming moments:
Blair saying the three little words; 10
The Waldorf-Rose wedding:7
The Blair-Cyrus talk;8
The Silent Chair embrace. 10 +++++ This scene was so awesome... no words spoken but so much was said. Loved it.

Loved it.
Round Table: "It's a Wonderful Lie"
Blair to Dorota: "She is the loosest girl in class, Don't you know Chuck doesn't like his fruit per picked"
LOL
2. At the ball, whose moments tugged at your heartstrings the most: Dan and Serena, Rufus and Lily, or Blair and Chuck?
The moment when Blair is looking at the 2.0's and Chuck is standing next to her.... it is so obvious how much they care for eachother.
3. Best Gossip Girl fashion statement: Serena's ball gown, Chuck's sparkly tuxedo, the see-through dresses, or Nate's bangs (sorry)?
Vanessa looked beautiful at this dance. serena looked like a tramp. Only Chuck could wear that suit and look smoking hot.
4. Did Nate make the right decision?
Yes for sure.... Jenny is way out of his league
5. What happened with Lily in the institution that Bart's PI discovered?
I think it is clear from spoilers that there is a love child out there.
