This show has always been weird and even though a lot seems to happen it always feels a bit slow. I know it just returned but I'm so confused. I really have no idea where the show is going. I get killing off Melanie sort of. Part of it doesn't make sense. But killing off Barbies dad in the premier made no sense to me because he had just been introduced only to be killed. It just seems pointless. Christine is bad. No surprise I called that in the last episode. She was just so creepy to me. I hope they have plans for this show because right now it's not feeling as good as it use to be.
I also don't think Lesley is A. A is obviously crazy but they're also incredibly smart. I think Lesley isn't stable enough to be A. By the way she lost it in the car after Mona fail there is no was she is stable and in control enough to be A. She may be being controlled by A but she's not A. I'm also not so sure Sara is A either. I don't think she's completely innocent either. I keep having this thought that since Sara was kidnapped so long that maybe she's one of those prisoners that ends up developing feelings for her captor and thinking they're a good guy. I have seen that in other shows like Law & Order SVU and I know how out there of a theory it is but I can't help but always think of that when I see her. It was my first thought when we found out that she was down their in the tunnels also. I think she's helping A because she's in love with A and think's A is in the right. Out of everything that's happened in this show I think this would be one of the things that makes the most sense. Lorenzo is so sweet and nice. I really hope that nothing happens to him or he's actually a bad guy. We need just a nice good guy on this show. And Ally deserves someone nice. Clarke is to random of a character to be trusted. There's something definitely up with him. I don't think he's A either but there's definitely something up with him. I also don't think he's working with A. I think he's connected to someone else and that's why he's there. I wouldn't be surprised if A was a girl but since probably season 1 I have thought of A as a guy. I don't know why but A as a guy just makes the most sense to me. But I wouldn't be surprised if A is a girl either. Okay so officially A theory is that the real big A is a guy but as a bunch of members on team A.
This was a much slower hour than last night. I was hoping to get some answers. I don't know why since this is only episode 2. Anyway I ended up with more questions. So Theo seems to be Theo but his parents are definitely not his parents. Theo can turn into a full wolf. How? I thought that was a rare thing. Thing the only known person to have been able to do that was Derek's mother and then last season Derek evolved to being able to do it. I've been hoping Stiles Is wrong about Theo but we obviously can't trust him. Everyone should know by now to always listen to Stiles. He's always right. I wonder if since Theo can turn into a real wolf if he'll help Malia be able to turn back into a coyote. Because when we first met her she was a coyote but then after she changed back she said that she hasn't been able to change back. I'm thinking that maybe she just needs to learn and then she'll be able to go back and forth between the change. When I saw Scott working on the dog my first thought was that he should become and veterinarian. Then he was taking AP Bio and I thought he's definitely working to become a vet. Then a little later in the episode he actually said that he wanted to become a vet. I loved that. I think he would be perfect as a vet.
I was asking all the same question at the beginning then I decided that it was probably the future or present and we'd go back and the season would be about what leads up to all of that happening with Lydia. Either way I was very confused. I can tell this will be a weird and creepy season by the looks of the ending with those creepy masked doctor scientist dudes. Another thing I was wondering is what was up with that werewolf and the glowing blue claws. Right now I'm going to assume that Lydia's memories are being taken out of context and all that horribleness isn't really like that. I know I'm just kidding myself, this is Beacon Hills after all. But it puts my mind at ease to think that everyone is okay and no one will die. It was sweet and heartbreaking to watch Scott write Allison's initial next to his. I'm glad that they're doing a 2 night premier because I think we need another episode to understand more of what's going on. Or for us to just get more confused and have even more questions.
I'm really loving this show. I think I like Dark Matter more because it's more mysterious but this is definitely more fun and they both have a lot of action which is always a plus. Completely agree that Lucy is a favorite character. I know she's a ship but I love her and Johnny's relationship. Johnny is definitely my favorite character with all this funny lines. I'm hoping we see more of him and Dutch's relationship and I wanna see him action more. I kept hoping to see him kick butt with those scavengers surrounding the ship. And it was cool seeing him out smart them and get that one I guy but I still want to see more action with him. Did anyone else notice that look he had after hearing that D'avin would become a Killjoy and travel with them. He seems to miss his brother but that look he had seemed like he doesn't really want him to become part of the team.
I could not agree more with those special effects. When I saw that explosion I said in my most sarcastic voice "Wow. What amazing special effects that is!" I know it's TV but wow, those FX sucked. I feel like their FX use to be a little better in previous episodes. I was wondering what happened to Pottinger and now I know. Happy to have that answered and so happy he is dead. I never liked him. I'm also happy to find out that he was Amanda's rapist because I've thought that since season 2. I've also never liked Berlin. So unless she and Irisa become besties or something she can go also. That ending where she just left Irisa there to die my only thought was what a bitch. My favorite scene was Stahma and T'evgin's conversation and how casual it was over her trying to kill him. I just love how casual they talked about it. It was as if it was just another day. Speaking of T'evgin where is his daughter? I just kept wondering that when ever we saw him.
I understood that we were flipping between 2 different realities but I was so confused for the entire episode. What kept confusing me was the other reality because I got that Melanie was controlling everything but nothing that was happening made sense to me. Melanie has always been a little weird but she's so confusing right now. I just have so many questions and I'm so confused. I do think that the other reality wasn't real at all and it was all in their heads so anything that happened in there never really happened. So that whole pregnancy thing isn't real it was just something in their heads. I do however think that they will remember that other world so the problems with everyone will be with their memories of that even though it didn't happen it will make them question everything. Like Joe and Norrie aren't broken up but Norrie might start questioning that because of what happened with Hunter in the dream world so because of that they will have problems.
Am happy that The Originals will be following TVD. I am however now worried about Reign. It's been moved to Friday nights and as everyone says Friday is the death slot for shows. I know some shows survive Fridays but most of them started out there. When a show gets moved it's not usually a good sign.
I haven't really watched syfy since Alphas and Warehouse 13 and now Lost Girl is ending. I was starting to think all I would have is Bitten and Defiance but now syfy is bringing me in with these great new shows. First Dark Matter and now this. I knew absolutely nothing about this show going I've just heard people talking about it. So I decided to give it a shot and watch it. I'm glad I did because I really enjoyed it. I've seen Aaron Ashmore in a few things and I like him as an actor so it's really cool that he's in this show. So far I really like him and his relationship with Dutch. I know we don't know a lot yet but of what I saw between them I really liked. I don't like D'avin right now. I don't know why. Maybe he was just a bit of a jerk in this episode. I assume he will grow on me I just didn't like some of the things he did. One of them being how he kept questioning his brother on Dutch. I already like the relationship between Dutch and John so I felt a little defensive with it. I can't wait to see where this show goes.

I enjoyed this episode. I'm glad they're wrapping everything up from season 2 quickly and are starting something knew. I was surprised that they killed off Rafe and Christie because they've just been such a huge part of the show but I don't necessarily care because they weren't like my favorite characters or anything and I just never actually cared about their stories especially Christie's. My only thing was the Pottinger just disappeared. I didn't like him and wanted him gone but at the end of season 2 he and Amanda were together and everyone was pretty much happy but now the shows returned and Pottinger's gone, no one's happy, and the town has gone to hell. I would just like to know what happened instead of all this now just being how it is. I had this problem in the finale last season and had it again in this episode. It's nothing to do with the show but with the characters. My problem is that Nolan and Irisa were underground in one of those things for 7 months. At the end of last season I was asking no one cares enough to look for them? Then this episode I was still like no one's found them. I know now that they couldn't get down to the mines and that they thought they were dead but still it kind of bothers me that they didn't even try. It bothered me even more that these new aliens are the ones that found and rescued them instead one of their friends from Defiance. It's just a small thing but it kind of bothers me. I'm just like, really? Irisa is my favorite character. And I get that after everything that happened last season that she sees herself as a murderer and a killer which why she's now afraid to pull the trigger or take someone down. But I hope she kinda of works through this and gets back to being her badass self because that's what's always made her character so fun and what made me fall in love with her character in the first place.
