Something will happen on the trip. Car accident maybe, that's gonna lead to the musical. Hurt Callie with the surgeons working on her. That would explain the hallucinations and dreams she's gonna have with everyone singing. Also why Dr Perkins is coming back..
Can't believe that if Meredith is the lead or not is still an issue. Shonda and co said it so many times. Stacy MCKEE said it in the writers blog of last episode. Our leading lady. I don't get it.
At least there's one scene to look forward too. MerDer elevator scene, and yes I am excited to hear Ellen sing. Go Ellen!! She sure loves a challange ;)

Okay everyone relax, it was one episode focused on the leading lady. This season barely had any Meredith. All Cristina and the threesome crap. So what if one episode was focused on Mer? Well the musical episode is going to be focused on Callie. And what point of it would be if they showed more characters? Mer was running the E.R, why would they show Callie, Arizona, Owen, Mark etc.. from the 30 seconds screentime of Callie she still managed to got on my nerves. So annoying and mean. This season totally ruined her character along with AZ the 'stepford' wife.
What an amazing episode! Felt like old good Greys. BEST EPISODE THIS SEASON. It was a true Grey's Anatomy. Stacy McKee should write the rest of the season. Seriously.
Ellen POMPEO was simply amazing. Bravo! This is why I love Meredith so much. She's awesome, amazing, badass surgeon and perfect with the patients and their family. She broke my heart in the O.R, her eyes say it all or when she was talking to Max on the phone.
Loved Mer/Teddy interaction. Hell, this episode made me like Teddy. The power of Mer LOL.
MerDer scene just become one of my favourite scenes. Hilarious, you think it's porny and adorable. So much chemisty ;) Patrick Dempsey was hilarious. Loved him checking Mer out LOL. This is what I've been missing!
Mertina were cute. I can understand Mer perfectly Mer's reasons. Mer/Alex love them like always. And I am loving Alex/Lucy and Jackson/Lexie so much better than her and Mark.
I don't like Callie at all. I feel lik her character is totally ruined this season and I used to like her. So glad there wasn't CAM baby crap, it made the episode more awesome.
Oh, Chief Mer is right about Adele. There's definitely something wrong with her. Hmm.. is she going to be on MerDer's trial?

That's what I thought. This godmother thing is a plot device for Mer's pain and OC baby drama. Shonda said somewhere that MD and CA mirror each other in the storylines so I guess something is definitely going to happen. And also that could be why the shrink is coming, not for Teddy, because why would he be coming for her after months all of a sudden? Something like a trauma/losing the baby might be the reason. This season started with him dealing with the aftermath of the shooting and the last episode could be with him dealing with the aftermath of something else.
Clearly this whole thing is a plot device, to continue to show Meredith's pain over her not getting pregnant, like Derek's reaction when Mark told him he got Callie pregnant, he couldn't even give him some type of advice. Also I guess this is the start of the whole Owen and Cristina bumpy road cause of babies etc..
I hope it's not for Teddy. We don't need another lame triangle. I think he's coming for Callie. Shonda just tweeted that the musical is so dark and twisty. So I bet he's coming for the aftermath of the musical epi, whatever happens there.
Loved that there was a lot Meredith screentime. She was amazing! I am glad she chose the Alz trial. But it was nice that the chief offered her to be on another one. But where was Derek in the epi?? I missed him! Loved his reaction when Mer told him she chose him :) The MD couch scene was so cute but too short :P
Loved the Lexie/Mer scenes. They really were sisters in this episode.
Lexie and Jackson are cute, so much better than Lexie and Mark.
Callie/Owen/April case was so boring. I don't like Callie, Arizona and Mark at all. Can't believe they are wasting the time for us to see Callie whining about freaking coffee! Ughh, such a waste of time!! This storyline is crap!
