But every show doesn't have to turn into a Soap. Unless they turn everything upside down and have Abraham and Jackson become a couple.
According to Jeff Davis the figure that the Dread Doctors unveiled was the Hellhound against some (vague) figure which is suspect has something to do with the creations of the Dread Doctors. Also some people don't understand that the "resurrection" fluid only works on chimeras so Alison won't be back (for God's sake she quit the show). I don't think the Nemeton is a gateway to the "Underworld" whatever that may be. It was ingenious to invoke the Wild Hunt, an epic mythology of the supernatural. That should have been our first clue that Parrish was somehow involved. And shippers beware the connection between Parrish and Lydia may only be on the supernatural level as their "jobs" are connected. The most significant resurrection of the episode was that of Scott who apparently will come back totally changed as result of being dead for 15 minutes.
The ultimate soapy irony would be for Ben to kill his father.
You are so right which is the fatal flaw in the show. I fear that they will pander to the oldtimers who want Bope (yawn) on the other hand the new Ciara might become a patricidal maniac which will certainly stir things up.
I know - can we predict that Joe will somehow turn Sam back again? And WTF with Big Jim?
This was very satisfying. Sometimes you begin and end a series as a complete product. Yes, it was really the Astronauts Wives Club. At least we didn't end with the Coke commercial. I suspect Aquarius will cover this era more in depth on a wider range of subjects.
I like the show but I am sorry I have no faith that Joss and Calista have the combined brains to figure out who dun it!
So I no longer care about anybody except perhaps Hunter who managed to recover and Norrie who finally grew some balls. I still think the dog is going to be the decisive character.
Not at all I just have been gleaning things from other places ie Afterbuzz.
Best review ever. Totally in the spirit of this final season! I am glad they are not taking things seriously. I think somehow the mighty triplets will save everyone. Come on although maybe Hunter's ultimate reward will be to get laid by "the girl on the other side". I also think that Indy will be Christine's ultimate undoing - maybe he will take a bite out of the Dome.
