Great RT. It was a tremendous episode! 1. Favorite Scene:The Elena-Bonnie goodbye. I always loved when those 2 shared a scene and sadly their characters were too much revolving around love interests to spend more time together. The moment Elena told B&C to write diaries so she could read them one day made me tear up. Beautifully written.2. Least favorite?Lilly and her Heretics. I really liked the idea of the but essentially they bored me to death. 3.Linked?I loved it. It gave the show enough space to say goodbye to Elena but still not make it all about her. I also like Kai's ultimatum to not mess with the spell/curse so they wouldn't try to mess with it of give that to much focus. 4,Rip JO!U were a beautiful bride, a sassy gf and everything Alaric needed. U were his one true paring and U'll be missed.5. Rate Kai's death?10 for effectivness, 5 cause it was a bit anticlimactic. 6. Rate the finale? A- , it was emotional, action packed and intrigued us well enough to be hooked. I hope Damon's downroad spiral will be not that heavy.
It's like U read 90% of my mind Christine. I agree on most of Ur points. My best ep of the season: Sympathy for De Vil, followed closely by Lily and the 2 hour finale. Worst Twist: I have to say Zelena coming back is tolerable for me, but The Snow Queen being Emma's foster mother and Elsa's aunt was to much. And that long letter from Elsa's mome, yeah not cool. Hopes for S5:- I agree on the Charmings needing a new direction. I hope their search for Emma will drive them to new directions- CS finally getting more serious. We need to put a Baby in Emma's belly and heal Regina's belly just like we did with Snow in that S02 flashback with Lancelot.- Aladin finally getting to appear. He is one of my favorite Disney characters, bring him on.
That doesn't have to be a bad thing? This year the fb's were badly constructed, but in S01 and S02 they were really well layered. And if Oliver is really reaching Coast City, there could be a couple of amazing moments if the introduce Hal Jordan or Carol Ferris or reveal a connection between them and Damien Darhk.
Before reaching Lian-Yu again he has to become a member of the Russian Bratva.
We are approximately 2 seasons/years away from that moment. Oliver isn't heading back to Starling now, he is going to Coast City.
Sadly I have to say that this wasn't what I expected and say Ur right for most parts. The flow and storytelling was all over the place and the action sequences underwhelming and meh. THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO TRUE! "Arrow should be about heroes, action and villains. Romance shouldn't drive the storyline, but somehow that has become the focal point of Oliver Queen's quest. It's not working" I am an Olicity supporter but they are pushing it to hard and they are making Felicity unlikeable along the way, with her constant I am right and whiny attitude. The few good parts for me were the Laure-Quentin scene (it was finally time for him to start fight the pain and not the Arrow), Oliver torturing Shrieve and him moving on from Hong Kong ( he and Tatsu share a unique chemistry, I hope we she'll reappear at one point), I really hope he reaches Coast City and the Damien Darhk tease ( I was surprised they didn't announce his casting, but now I realize why. He is a player.) The only good thing with Arrow finales is that they give us closure and that S04 will have a clean cut and restart the show. Lets see how they intend to play things out.
Was I the only one who expected a bit more and a slightly morr coherant storyline?Even though Oliver and Ronnie appearing out of nowwhere was neat but still way too random. I liked Eddie being right upfront with iris, and not breaking up without a reason. I wouldn't be surprised if Iris turns to women just to prove her point. O.o I really enjoyed Cold and he is so much nore entertaining without HW. He is just way to much for me. Cisco and Lisa are sweet together. I hope she'll have some input in his transformation into the vibe.P.S. It's the same Ferris Airfield where they spent time in Pilot when Barry just diacovered his powers
Great RT as always. Missed to comment on the last couple ones but always read them through.1. BrokenI really hoped he was broken the road back would be intense and more memorable. But like everything this season the writers rushed this development and reveal. I was annoyed by Ollie's self-righteous attitude. I know he has the best intentions but he should've reacted different towards Diggle. 2. Biggest impression? The father-daughter scene. I semi-like Ra's having a soul and being merciful towards Nyssa. He lost so much and he couldn't bare Nyssa's life on his soul. So that was really nice. Tatsu killing Maseo was nice as well, she really gifted him peace. 3. Felicity fighting?I get her being there, but where is the logic leaving her without a weapon, knife, bomb or gun? Anything? The tablet scene was really funny. 4. The Wedding?Lovely ceremony, would've been better if the bride and groom didn't look like someone killed their childhood pet. Shame it didn't end like VD's wedding. 5. The Finale?I really have no clue what to expect. Al Sahim was a great episode, this one was meh. I hope the show won't try to hard and that the flow will feel natural and that the storytelling will be believable and enjoyable. And please without whiny Felicity scenes, there were to many this week.
I wouldn't be surprised if Ravi will turn into Were-Rat. I read a bit into the iZombie mythology and there a quite a few beings in the comics. Lets see how much they will dip into it this season.
I'm a big RS fan as well. I like her since her Birds od Prey days. I like the style they choose for her and can't wait to see her play off against Catherine and Mary.A Tabula Rasa is just what we need! I just hope that we won't have to wait till summer 2016 for S03.
